Group Homes for Persons with Mental Retardation (GHMPR) are licensed community residence facilities that provide a home-like environment for at least four (4) but no more than eight (8) related or unrelated mentally retarded individuals who require specialized living arrangements and maintains necessary staff, programs, support services and equipment for their care and habilitation.
