Child Development Center  

A child development center is a child development facility for more than five children or infants, that provides a full-day (more than four but less than 24 hours per day), part-day (up to four hours per day), or before and after school child development program, including programs provided during school vacations.

 The Child and Residential Care Facilities Division licenses, inspects, and investigates complaints at Child Development Centers, and provides technical assistance, consultations, and training to them.
